Meet Cash Bear, the most adorable tripawd you'll ever encounter! This charming 1-year-old, 23-pound pup is likely a Border Collie mix, and he's ready to bring joy and love into his forever home. Cash Bear arrived as a stray with an old leg injury that caused him significant pain. Thankfully, he's now pain-free after a leg amputation and is eager to embrace a happy, loved life. He's a dream come true in many ways: neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, crate trained, and house trained. Cash Bear is currently undergoing heartworm treatment, and while he was underweight upon arrival, he now happily eats separately to ensure he gets all the nutrition he needs. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would also be content as a solo pup. Cash Bear adores toys, loves people, and enjoys lounging in his crate or playing with blankets. Given his unique status as a tripod, a home with older children or adults would be ideal. This resilient boy has overcome so much and is truly ready to find his perfect family.

Transporation
Take Paws Rescue is based in New Orleans and saves dogs from shelters across the South. All animals live in foster homes.
