This is Buster! He's a smart and sweet boy who was found tied to a fire hydrant all alone in Houston, TX. Thankfully, his foster mom found him and knew she had to help. Buster absolutely loves other dogs and children, and he's always up for a car ride and would love to be included in family outings. He's a very smart pup and already knows commands like "sit" and "shake." While we don't know why Buster ended up in his previous situation, we do know that his forever family is out there, waiting to give him the loving home he deserves. Buster is fully vetted and ready for his next chapter.
