Bluey

Bluey was found in the field of a Catholic Church School while our rescuer was trying to trap another dog. He was with the other dog but the only one of the two that was able to be caught. He didn't know it at the time, but he is lucky, and will now live the good life as a Colorado boy!

When I first saw Bluey my immediate thought was "bowling ball." Other thoughts might be "potato" or "Roly Poly." He rolls all right- right out of bed to his bowl for a meal. He likes to sleep a lot in his crate like a potato. He does this funny thing when he's outside on the grass and throws himself back and gives you his belly. Then like a Roly Poly, or Ladybug stuck on her back- he is stuck on his back.

Bluey is very capable of being an active, healthy, medium energy dog, with the right, motivational human. He's already super playful, silly and loves to play chase with his best friend Hanalei.

Ideal Home

Bluey is good with female dogs big and small, and kids. He is selective with male dogs.

Ongoing Health

Bluey is currently healthy.
