Meet Misty!

Misty is a delightful 2-year-old, 55-pound Great Pyrenees mix with a heart as soft as her fluffy coat. She's a bit on the quiet and shy side initially, but once she bonds with you, she's incredibly sweet. Misty gets along well with cats and other dogs, making her a potentially wonderful addition to a multi-pet household. She would likely do best with children who are past the boisterous, younger years.

Ideal Home

Misty would thrive in a home with a fenced yard, which is a must-have. She's looking for a family who appreciates a more reserved companion and can offer her kindness, patience, and time to blossom. A comfy spot on the sofa would be a lovely bonus!

Ongoing Health

Misty has a mildly collapsing trachea. While this may sound concerning, it simply means she needs to use a chest harness for walks instead of a traditional collar. With the correct harness, this condition is manageable and not a significant issue, apart from an occasional cough if the harness isn't fitted quite right.

Training & Support

Misty is a gentle soul who won't cause unnecessary drama. With a little time and understanding, she's sure to settle in wonderfully.
