Merlin

Merlin is a handsome, sweet, and fun-spirited boy who is estimated to be about 3 years old and weighs 15 pounds. He's a loveable and wiggly guy, excited to find his forever home. Merlin is super friendly, adorable, and very attentive to his people. He loves giving gentle kisses and enjoys cuddling. He also likes toys and easily shares them. Merlin is truly something special and will make a wonderful best friend!

Ideal Home

Merlin needs a quiet, low-key home where he can calmly recover and heal from his heartworm treatment. He would also prefer a home where any children are respectful, calm, and at least 8 years old. Merlin would love to meet any potential dog siblings; he has a friendly and open approach with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Merlin is heartworm positive and will be starting his treatment soon. He will need a committed foster who can help him relax during his recovery.

Training & Support

Merlin is a happy guy who seems to enjoy cuddling and playing with toys. He is attentive and would likely do well with continued positive reinforcement.

• Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying.
• We do not perform cat testing, so we cannot guarantee how Merlin would do with cats.
• Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet them.
