Barney is believed to be a German Shepherd/lab mix, approximately 2 years old and currently weighs 45 lbs. As with any rescue, breed and age cannot be guaranteed.
Training & Support
Barney is super smart already knowing a few basic commands such as sit and shake, and is crate and potty trained as well and he knows how to use a doggy door. Barney is dog friendly and did great meeting all of the dogs we introduced him to. Barney loves to play, enjoys games of tag, and will also engage in gentle wrestling matches. He knows when it's time to take a play break and appreciates those relaxing moments as well.

Barney is located in Texas and can be transported to various drop-off locations nationwide, including WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
