Lucy Lou

Lucy Lou is a 5-year-old, 17lb Cocker Spaniel who is learning to feel safe and loved with her foster family. She is a shy, gentle girl who is still getting used to trusting humans. When she first arrived, Lucy was a little nervous to be held and cuddled, but she has improved so much! With a little time and patience, she is sure to melt your heart. Lucy gets along well with other dogs but hasn't been around cats. She is crate trained and working on house training, but leash training is still a work in progress.

Ideal Home

Lucy would fit best with older children as she continues to build her confidence. She requires a fenced yard for her safety.

Ongoing Health

Lucy has had multiple teeth extracted due to not having a good diet earlier in life. All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination.

Training & Support

Leash training is still a work in progress. Lucy is crate trained and working on house training.
