Meet Oliver, or as we lovingly call him, Ollie!

Ollie's journey to finding his forever home has been quite the adventure. He arrived with us in rough shape, suffering from painful mange and nearly hairless. Fortunately, his resilience shone through, and thanks to the dedication of a volunteer, a foster, and our rescue, Ollie began his incredible healing journey. Now, months later, he's a handsome, happy, and spirited boy! While most of his fur has beautifully regrown, he sports a charming bald patch around his neck and shoulders that may be a permanent feature – a unique testament to his past and a delightful part of his present. Ollie is estimated to be around 6-7 years old and weighs about 55 lbs. He truly is a golden child, adored by his foster family for his wonderful nature.

Ideal Home

Ollie is a dream come true for any family! He is fantastic with every person he meets, including children, and he absolutely adores other dogs. He thrives on companionship and enjoys a good chew on a toy, exploring on walks, car rides, and simply relaxing.

Ongoing Health

Ollie does require weekly baths to maintain his skin health. These are quick and easy, and he’s a trooper throughout the process.

Training & Support

Ollie is already a pro at being potty trained and kennel trained. He’s a well-behaved boy who loves to play with other dogs and enjoys all sorts of activities.

Transportation

Ollie is currently enjoying his foster home in Houston, Texas. However, he is available for adoption in many cities across the country, and his adoption fee includes the cost of transport to his new home.
