MEET BOWIE! Bowie is an adorable 1.6-year-old Shepherd mix who is the sweetest, snuggliest, goofiest little lover boy and aspiring lap dog. Bowie loves his humans and enjoys giving and receiving kisses and snuggles. Coming in at just under 59lbs, he is a perfect medium size and will make the perfect adventure buddy! He is a happy boy who loves to go on walks and adventures outside but also knows when it’s time to settle down inside. His favorite games are playing chase with his foster doggie sister in the pasture and playing with his favorite ball on the beach. This handsome guy has beautiful all-over auburn coloring accented with a black snout, white chest, white tippy toes, and natural eyeliner and eyelashes that will be the envy of all the ladies, plus the cutest ear standing at attention at all times. He’s a real heartthrob!

Bowie would do best with an active, committed family willing to help him blossom into the best boy he can be.

Ongoing Health

Bowie is neutered, up-to-date with vaccinations, flea/tick prevention has been administered, and he tested negative for heartworm. He is also microchipped.

Training & Support

Bowie is potty trained, has great house manners, and loves car rides, being an excellent passenger. He knows basic commands and walks well on a leash. Bowie has been fostered with another dog and gets along well with other dogs once integrated. He is a smart boy who wants to please.
