Misty is a six-year-old, 38-pound Blue Heeler with a heart as big as her personality! She's affectionate, playful, and happiest when she's close to her people. Whether it's cuddling on the couch, giving gentle kisses, or enjoying playtime, Misty is all in. She's brilliant and eager to learn, mastering "sit" on her first day. Misty is completely housebroken, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and although she can be a little shy at first, she warms up quickly with kindness and love. Misty lives to please and absolutely beams when told she's a good girl. True to her Heeler nature, Misty is intelligent, loyal, and thrives when she has something new to learn or do. She would love an adopter who will keep her mind and body active with adventures, training, or even a "job" to call her own. Misty isn't picky when it comes to toys or treats; every new toy and treat instantly becomes her favorite. Ongoing Health
All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination.

Misty is housebroken and knows "sit." She warms up quickly with kindness and love.

- Due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible.
Transportation
