Poppy arrived as a stray, so her early days are a mystery, but she's made her desires for the future quite clear. Poppy truly shines when she's on the move, whether it's embarking on daily walks, exploring trails on weekends, or being your trusty running companion – she's always ready for an adventure. She loves to be by your side, discovering the world and happily using up that boundless energy.
Poppy is also incredibly social with other dogs and would be thrilled to have a playful canine sibling to share her zoomies with. She's a social butterfly who would love a built-in best friend to romp and play with!
Coming from a cattle dog mix background, Poppy can sometimes exhibit herding instincts, which may include nipping. Because of this, she would do best in a home with older, dog-savvy children who can understand and respect her behaviors. With proper guidance, engaging activities, and continued training, Poppy is sure to blossom into an even more wonderful companion.
