About Pebbles

Pebbles is a sweet and friendly girl who found herself abandoned in the lobby of the Rancho Cucamonga Animal Center. While at the shelter, she won over staff and volunteers with her gentle nature and her love of affection. Estimated to be 11 years old, Pebbles enjoys going for walks and weighs 63 pounds.

Since becoming a Frosted Face, Pebbles has impressed our volunteers and staff, like those at the shelter, with her very sweet, mellow, affectionate personality. She is very easy to handle, walks nicely on leash, and hops up into the car all by herself!

Pebbles is currently on an extended Frosted Fling, her foster mom only has good things to report about our girl. Here's the scoop:

Pebbles is a sweet, people-loving companion who's happiest staying close to her humans. She enjoys pets, knows her name, and understands basic commands like "sit" and "out" (with a little selective hearing). She's gentle with kids, calm around babies, and friendly with strangers.

Her lifestyle is easygoing-she likes short walks, keeps a steady pace, and isn't interested in chasing birds or squirrels. At home, Pebbles is well-mannered: she's fully house-trained, non-destructive, and relaxes on her dog bed while you're away. She doesn't have separation anxiety and is comfortable being left alone.

Pebbles does well in public settings like parks, breweries, and coffee shops, staying relaxed and close to her person. She can be a little vocal when meeting new dogs indoors but settles quickly, especially with proper introductions. She's also done well sharing her space with other dogs after an adjustment period.

Not very toy-driven but definitely food-motivated, Pebbles is a low-maintenance, loyal companion who would thrive in a calm home-ideally with a yard where she can come and go. If you're looking for a laid-back, affectionate dog who will stick by your side, Pebbles could be a perfect match!
