Loki (Neutered) (Photos 2/18/2024)

Loki is a handsome 2-year-old male Pit Bull Terrier mix with a black-and-white coat, a long tail, and an adorable face with blue eyes, a black button nose on his chubby muzzle, and short floppy ears. His left ear is white and his right ear is black. Loki was originally at our shelter as a newborn puppy in December 2021 and found a home in 2022. He returned to us in the fall of 2023 and has been readjusting to shelter life. Loki is ready to find his forever home! He is a big boy, weighing 105 lbs, and is full of playful energy. He's an overgrown puppy in a very large body and doesn't always know his own strength. Loki enjoys attention and giving hugs! He was recently in a foster home, but unfortunately, he did not get along with one of the resident dogs and caused them injury.

Ideal Home

Loki is looking for a home where he can be the "only child" as he is not good with other dogs or cats. He would likely do best with older children who can handle his enthusiastic play and "hugs." An experienced handler would be ideal due to his strength on the leash, especially when he jumps.

Loki has been neutered.

Training & Support

Loki is strong on the leash and tends to jump. He needs an experienced handler who can manage his strength and enthusiastic play style.
