Coco would thrive in a home with plenty of sunshine and abundant human companionship. She's looking for a house rather than an apartment due to her natural, vocal Shepherd instincts. An active family familiar with the loyal and intelligent nature of German Shepherds would be a perfect match. If you have a calm and confident canine companion already at home, Coco might enjoy a friend to show her the ropes. She is more than ready to be your one and only star, but can also adapt to a home with another dog. Her feelings about cats are still a mystery, and she would need a supervised meet-and-greet with a feline friend to determine compatibility.
Ongoing Health
Coco is a healthy girl. All vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea and heartworm prevention, and a heartworm test, has been completed. She is microchipped with free lifetime registration.
Training & Support
Coco is a social butterfly who is still learning the nuances of interacting with other dogs and toys. She is making great progress in socialization and shows a polite respect for boundaries. Her love for food makes her a motivated learner for training.

We have drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT.
