Kira

Kira is a sweet and playful 12-week-old puppy who weighs an estimated 30-50 lbs full grown. She and her brother Ken arrived from Puerto Rico thanks to some amazing flight volunteers and have been settling into their foster homes beautifully. Kira absolutely loves people and her foster says she's fascinated by bees and wants to make friends with them! She enjoys squeaky toys, belly rubs, and training sessions. Kira has already learned to "sit" and is working on her leash manners and house training. She is reported to be good with kids, other dogs, and calm around cats.

Ideal Home

Kira would thrive in a home that can provide plenty of love, playtime, and continued training.

Ongoing Health

Kira will be spayed/neutered, receive her first three distemper series vaccines and dewormings, and a rabies vaccine (age-appropriate at time of adoption). She will also be microchipped with lifetime registration and will be current on heartworm and flea/tick preventative.

Training & Support

Kira is working on her leash manners and house training. She is reported to be good in her crate and enjoys training sessions.
