3 yrs 90 Ib Mastiff mix

Saved from a NY shelter with high euthanasia rates, Santi was given a second chance-and now he's waiting for his person.

He is cautious with new people and needs slow, respectful introductions. He'd adjust fastest with a single dedicated adopter, although he does learn to love multiple adults. An adult-only household would be best.

He loves playful dogs, tasty snacks, and long naps on the couch. He is very affectionate and thinks he's a 5 lb lap dog, LOL! He enjoys going for walks and is always excited to go for a ride in the car. He doesn't need a busy life, just love, patience, structure, and someone willing to earn his trust.

He spent over a month at Keep Them Wagging Training Facility in Norwalk, CT, where he learned valuable skills, and continued work with them would help facilitate a strong bond between Santi and his new family.
