Pecan - The Perfect Puppy

Pecan is a sweet, shy boy who is blossoming in his foster home after a difficult start to life. He and his siblings were found abandoned in Puerto Rico and had to fend for themselves for weeks before being rescued. Now safe and healthy, Pecan is learning to trust and love again. He is a bit hesitant at first with new people, but his true affectionate nature quickly emerges, and he melts for pets and cuddles. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and absolutely adores children. Pecan is a gentle soul who dreams of a forever family to provide him with the love and security he deserves.

Pecan would thrive in a home where he can continue to build his confidence. He loves other dogs and is wonderful with children, so a family with a canine friend and a playful environment would be a great fit.

Training & Support

Pecan is still learning to trust new people, so patience and gentle encouragement will be key. Once he feels secure, he is very responsive to affection and clearly enjoys being part of a family.
