Vector

Vector is an energetic and loving companion who's ready to join you on all your adventures! This handsome boy is eager to please and would be the perfect partner for hiking, running, and playing. He's also happy to settle by your side after a day of activity. Vector thrives on exercise, needing about 60-80 minutes per day, ideally broken into 20-minute sessions. He enjoys mental stimulation like agility or obedience training. While he loves to run, it's best to provide him with off-leash exercise in a fenced area. Vector is sensitive and highly trainable, responding best to calm, firm, and consistent guidance. He may display herding behaviors like chasing and circling, which is natural for his breed. He adapts well to various climates but should always be kept indoors.

Vector will receive a full medical assessment before leaving Cortez Rescue to ensure he is in optimum health.

Training & Support

Vector is highly trainable and responds best to positive reinforcement. Avoid using physical force or anger during training. Understanding his natural herding instincts will help in managing his behaviors.
