Tulip

Tulip is a beautiful, unique, and complex dog who arrived at our shelter as a stray. She can be a bit of a picky lady when it comes to her people and has some trust issues with strangers, so no fast movements or busy households for her. She also needs a home without children. However, Tulip does wonderfully with other dogs and is very playful with them. She absolutely adores her toys, especially her stuffed alligator ones! Once Tulip bonds with you and feels comfortable, she is a loyal, sweet, and fantastic companion. She requires repeated meet-and-greets to build that trust.

Ideal Home

A quiet home without children, where Tulip can take her time to warm up and build trust. She does well with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Tulip is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Tulip is not house-trained. She will need a patient adopter who can help her build confidence and trust through repeated, positive interactions.
