Mithril

Mithril is an over 8-year-old Yorkshire Terrier with a stunning, silky coat that’s a gorgeous silver brindle. She has an adorable face, beautiful ears, and a compact, well-proportioned build. Mithril is incredibly affectionate, loving, and wonderful with children and all people. She previously had some insecurity leading to marking, but this issue resolved once she was in a settled environment without other female dogs. She is also excellent for grooming and baths. Mithril has been in a few homes before, so we're looking for her truly final, forever home where she can be the center of attention and spoiled as she deserves.

Ideal Home

Mithril needs a home without cats, as she likes to chase them. She also shouldn’t live with other female dogs, as she can be a bit dominant. She would thrive in a home where she can be the sole focus and receive all the love and attention.

Ongoing Health

Mithril had a bladder stone that required surgical removal. She needs to remain on a good diet and be monitored to prevent further stone development. Her teeth were also in poor condition upon arrival, with some missing and others loose. After a diet change and dental cleaning, most of her teeth tightened up.

Training & Support

Mithril is excellent for grooming and baths. While she previously marked due to insecurity, this is not an issue in a calm environment, especially without other female dogs. She is described as being very affectionate and easygoing.
