Rayo is a ray of sunshine, a playful and affectionate puppy who is absolutely thriving in his foster home. Despite a heartbreaking start in life, found alone on the side of a highway in Puerto Rico, Rayo has a resilient spirit and a heart full of love to give. He adores everyone – kids, cats, and dogs alike – and is eager to shower his new family with affection. Rayo is house-trained, loves to cuddle, and his goofy personality is sure to bring endless smiles. He's still gaining weight, but with each passing day, he becomes stronger, healthier, and more confident, showing genuine gratitude for every bit of kindness he receives.

Rayo is still recovering and gaining weight after his difficult beginning, but he is getting healthier every day. He is vaccinated.
