Maddie

Maddie is a sweet and affectionate 3.5-year-old, 58 lb Retriever/Shepherd mix who is ready for her forever home. She survived an emergency surgery when she was a momma in distress and is now thriving. Maddie enjoys gentle belly rubs, having her blonde coat brushed, and ear rubs. She arrived practically house-trained and loves going for walks and would be thrilled to go on a hike. Maddie has met older children and done very well with them. She is a couch potato who enjoys napping and would be fine with an adopter who is away during the day. Maddie adjusts to change easily and is a low-maintenance companion.

Ideal Home

Maddie would do best in a home where she can be the only dog.

Maddie is currently located in South Texas and can be transported to her new home in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and other locations on the East and West Coast.
