Many cultures believe ladybugs are a symbol of good luck and new beginnings, and it's a new beginning for me. I'm Ladybug! I know the true meaning of new beginnings and I'm loving it! I'm a 1.5-year-old, Australian Cattle Dog mix girl who is 50 pounds of pure joy! Even though my 'before' life was outdoors, I picked up house training like a champ. I'm calm and comfortable in my kennel, after a little early whining/barking. I haven't had the opportunity to learn about the leash yet, but I'm pretty smart, so I assume I'll ace that, too. I'm very obedient and with the right training, I have the potential to become an amazing family member! After being an outside dog, and not having much human interaction, I now crave it! My foster family says they are totally amazed by how well I'm doing. Just add consistency, love and patience and I will provide the rest.
Ideal Home
I need an active family with a 6-foot-privacy fenced yard and knowledge about common cattle dog traits. While I haven't met children yet, with my size and energy, they should be sturdy. I would love another dog in my forever home to learn from and keep me company, and we can play, play, play!
Ongoing Health
My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip.
Training & Support
I'm learning about leash training and am a very smart girl who should pick it up quickly. I would benefit from continued training and consistency to help me become an amazing family member.
