Pup June

Meet Pup June! June is a lovely 5-month-old, 25 lb Lab/Hound mix with soulful eyes and an even sweeter personality. She's a happy-go-lucky lady who loves making new friends, both human and canine. June was rescued from a crowded shelter in Alabama along with her siblings, and she's now safe and ready to find her forever home. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would make a fantastic companion for just about any family. At her young age, June is in the perfect stage for training, socialization, and learning all the skills she'll need to become an amazing lifelong companion. Whether you're looking for a hiking buddy, a playmate, or a cuddle partner, June is ready to fill your home with love, laughter, and plenty of tail wags.

Ongoing Health

June's adoption fee covers basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), and monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care. The organization will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at their partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse the adopter for up to the amount of their partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.

Training & Support

June will require a refresher in house-training. The organization strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
