Buck is the kind of guy who acts like every walk is the greatest adventure anyone has ever embarked on! When the leash comes out, he celebrates with full-body bounces and a head-whipping enthusiasm that’s both adorable and delightfully chaotic. Once his initial excitement for outdoor adventures subsides, Buck transforms into a fantastic walking companion. He's housetrained, sleeps soundly through the night, travels wonderfully in the car, and absolutely adores being brushed, pampered, and complimented on his handsome looks. Buck is also a big fan of toys and enjoys playtime, whether you join in or he plays independently. He enjoys the company of respectful female dog friends and tolerates cats. However, he is a little too interested in small pets like guinea pigs, so a home without them would be ideal. Buck also loves to splash around in the water, showing off his hobbies as a "part-time lake creature." While Buck hasn't met children yet, he would do best with older, respectful kids who understand that even good dogs appreciate their personal space.
