MISS LUNA

Miss Luna is a 4-year-old, 50 lb mixed breed who is ready to find her forever family! She was rescued from a heartbreaking situation, found abandoned at an intersection. Despite her past, Luna is a sweet and funny girl who loves to play. She enjoys running in wide-open spaces and romping with other dogs. Luna is good with kids and has done well at the dog park, but she is too interested in cats and would do best in a cat-free home.

Luna has a good amount of energy and loves adventures, but she's also content exploring on her own. She would thrive in a home with a yard where she can run freely. She also loves to be loved and will melt for belly rubs and sweet gazes.

Ideal Home

A home with a yard and opportunities to run and play with other pups. Luna would do best in a home without cats. She can be skittish around some men, especially those entering her yard for work, but responds well to a gentle approach from everyone.

Luna is spayed and heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Luna is house-trained and crate-trained. She can sometimes nibble wrists and ankles or jump in her excitement but has shown great improvement with kind persistence and diversions like chew toys. She responds well to routines such as sitting before walks. Continued leadership and training will help her continue to blossom.
