Meet Mumbles! This handsome 3-year-old cattle dog mix is brimming with affection and is eager to be your loyal companion. Mumbles is a bundle of energy who thrives with an active lifestyle and an owner who understands the needs of his breed. He's a playful pup who loves to cuddle up by your side after a good run. Mumbles is fantastic with humans of all ages, including children, and he responds well to commands, making him a very obedient and eager-to-please boy.
Ideal Home
Mumbles needs a home with a securely fenced yard, at least 6 feet high, as he's an accomplished jumper. He must be the only animal in the home, as he is not good with other pets. A quieter neighborhood is preferred due to his reactivity to other dogs on walks.
Ongoing Health
Mumbles is healthy and up-to-date on all vetting. His adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip, and all age-appropriate vaccinations.
Training & Support
Mumbles can be reactive towards other dogs on walks and will lunge at them. While he is manageable due to his size (~45 lbs), a vigilant approach is needed. He would benefit from a secure, high fence and potentially a dedicated dog walker. We highly recommend a 2-week shutdown and decompression period for Mumbles to help him adjust to his new environment.

Transportation
Mumbles is located in Rochester, NY, and transportation within a several-hour radius is available. Canada is also within our adoption area, provided young puppies are old enough for their rabies vaccination to cross the border.
