Mookie Blalock

Mookie is the sweetest guy! All he wants to do is snuggle and sleep on your lap, but when it's time to play, he's ready to move and be a monkey! His favorite spot is on the end table, so he can watch the world go by through the window. He's an agile climber, scaling baby gates with ease, and enjoys a game of fetch with his crinkle toys. Mookie is a determined explorer who doesn't like to be confined and is always looking for a way to expand his territory. He's an active dog who needs an equally active owner who understands the Jack Russell/Terrier personality. Mookie has also been known to sneak onto counters and furniture that seem out of reach. Despite his adventurous spirit, he gets along with other dogs, loves to be petted, and enjoys burrowing under blankets for a nap.

Ideal Home

An active home with someone who understands the Jack Russell/Terrier personality. He prefers not to be confined to a single yard and is an escape artist, so secure fencing is a must.

Ongoing Health

Mookie is neutered, dewormed, microchipped, up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccines, and on flea and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Mookie is a counter shark and has a tendency to get on furniture. He would benefit from consistent training and clear boundaries.
