Ongoing Health
Breezy's adoption fee of $500 includes her spay, current vaccinations (rabies, 4 parvo/distemper boosters, and Bordetella), a negative heartworm test (if she's 6+ months old at transport), a negative fecal test within 14 days of transport, a health certificate within 10 days of transport, a registered microchip, and transport costs.

As a direct adoption through Project Freedom Ride, the adoption interview and meet-and-greet will take place via a video call. The adoption application and fee must be finalized and paid in full prior to receiving your dog.
