Nora

Nora is a sweet girl with a past that's heartbreakingly evident in her story. She arrived at our shelter as a stray, showing signs of having been used for breeding. Her eyes held a sadness that spoke of a life filled with hurt and betrayal, a life where she gave everything and was left behind. She was hesitant and fearful when she first arrived, but day by day, we are watching her blossom. Nora is discovering the joy of toys, learning that walks are to be enjoyed, and beginning to trust the gentle hands that reach for her. She's experiencing comfort, kindness, and love, and with each passing day, her tail wags a little higher, her eyes brighten, and her heart opens a little more. She still has healing to do, but she's ready to leave her past behind and embrace a brighter future with a loving family.
