Glenda

Glenda is a tan Baja rescue puppy with a soft black muzzle, a docked tail, and a quiet, thoughtful presence. She weighs 32 lbs and is expected to be midsize. She may be a little apprehensive at first, but once she feels safe, her sweet and loving nature starts to shine through. Glenda is still getting used to new people and surroundings, so she'll need a patient home that can help her build confidence at her own pace. She isn't the boldest pup, but she's observant, kind, and has so much love to give once she opens up.

Ideal Home

Glenda would thrive in a calm, steady environment with gentle people who will give her time to settle in. She would do best in a home that values quiet connection as much as playful moments. Glenda does have a bit of a prey drive, having had a taste of chickens.

Ongoing Health

Before leaving Cortez Rescue, Glenda will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, be current on vaccinations, and be spayed. She will also be micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.

Training & Support

Glenda is still learning to trust and build confidence. Patience and understanding will be key to her settling in.

Transportation

Glenda is currently in Cortez, Mexico. Cortez Rescue can arrange transport for dogs flying to Canada or the US. Puppies flying to Canada must be a minimum of 3 months old, and puppies flying to the US must be a minimum of 6 months old.
