Tulsa

Tulsa is a sweet and shy young female Great Pyrenees mix who is looking for her forever home. She was found in the Ouachita National Forest in Oklahoma, where she was scavenging for food. When she arrived at HUA, she was suffering from a severe flea and tick infestation, but after a few weeks of recovery and care, she's feeling much better and regaining her strength. Tulsa was initially very timid but is slowly showing her softer side with patience and gentle reassurance. She is still building confidence but continues to make progress each day.

Ideal Home

Tulsa would do best in a home with another confident dog who can help her feel safe and show her the ropes as she continues to blossom.

Ongoing Health

Tulsa is recovering from a severe flea and tick infestation. She has been vaccinated.

Training & Support

Tulsa is still building confidence and is not yet house-trained. She will need patience and gentle guidance to help her adjust and learn.
