Roscoe is a 2-year-old, 30 lb sweetheart with a stocky build and a charming low-rider physique. He arrived at our rescue after a tough start in a Kentucky shelter, where he lived chained outside. Thankfully, he's now out of that situation and looking for a safe and loving forever home. Roscoe is still adjusting to his new life as a family companion, but he's doing wonderfully in his foster home. He gets along great with the other dogs and is eager for attention, though he's still learning how to ask for it. He's a cute guy ready for a fresh start.

Roscoe's veterinary care is all up-to-date, including his neuter.

Training & Support

While Roscoe is doing great in his foster home, we cannot guarantee house-training as his previous routine is unknown. He will likely need some supervision as he learns the rules of his new home.
