After his owner passed away, Jack and his brother Jim were surrendered to Animal Control. When time ran out, they found themselves on the euthanasia list through no fault of their own. Jack spent his entire life living on a chain, yet he remains sweet, curious, and incredibly lovable. He deserves to experience freedom, kindness, and what it feels like to be cared for – he will embrace it with a gentle, hopeful heart.
