Melody - Beautiful Poet

Melody is a beautiful, 5 to 6-year-old, 60lb, thoughtful, observant, and intelligent German Shepherd with a golden tone. She was found to be an expressive poet, and her poem perfectly captures her desire for a loving home. Melody adores exploring the world by your side, is excellent on a leash, and leans in for affection, always expressing her appreciation. She's a big fan of playing fetch but equally enjoys quiet evenings cuddling on the couch. Melody is known to get along well with horses, cows, goats, and donkeys.

Ideal Home

Melody would love a home where she can be the center of attention, as she is selective with other dogs and would likely do best as the only dog in the household.

Melody is a healthy girl.

Training & Support

Melody is an excellent walker and loves to play ball. She enjoys cuddles and snuggles, making her a wonderful companion for quiet evenings.

Transportation

Melody is currently being fostered at our Rescue Ranch near Houston, TX. She is an "out of town pet" and can be transported to a location near you via rescue transport, which runs once a month. This transport service is complimentary.
