Meet Chandler! This intelligent and handsome Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix is about 2 years old and weighs around 69 pounds. Chandler is a smart boy who was found as a stray and is now looking for an experienced and active family to give him a fresh start. He thrives on exercise, mental stimulation, and ongoing training. Chandler is still adjusting to shelter life, and we're discovering more about his unique personality every day!

Ideal Home

Chandler would do best in a home that can provide plenty of exercise, mental enrichment, and structure. He is not a match for homes with another male dog. He might do well with a calm female dog, but a meet-and-greet is a must before adoption.

Ongoing Health

Chandler is heartworm positive, but his treatment is fully sponsored.

Chandler is a smart dog who will benefit from continued training and structure. We are still learning about his specific needs and behaviors.

Transporation

Chandler is located at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. We are open Monday-Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm.
