Sweet Mango

Sweet, precious Mango is a 2-year-old, 25lb Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix who won't get any bigger. She was found with two other dogs who had skin infections, but thankfully, Mango's were not contagious. She's been through a lot, and her life hasn't always been comfortable, but she's healing up and learning that the world can be a kind place. Mango is quite shy and a little scared, but she absolutely adores other dogs and gets along well with cats and children.

Ideal Home

Mango would thrive in a home where she can continue to build her confidence. She enjoys the company of other dogs, and would likely do well with a canine sibling. She is also good with cats and children.

Ongoing Health

Mango's skin infections are not contagious and she is healing well. Her spay surgery is scheduled for July 20th. All dogs adopted through Wags are up-to-date on prevention, microchipped, and kept on flea/tick and heartworm prevention while in our care.

Training & Support

Mango is shy and scared, so she will need a patient and understanding adopter to help her continue to blossom. She loves being around other dogs, which can be a great source of comfort and confidence for her.
