Meet Dragonfly! This smart and loving 1-year-old husky mix is ready to find her forever home. Dragonfly was surrendered with her sister, Junebug, after an unexpected litter. Initially shy, her true personality has blossomed in a foster home, revealing a well-mannered and housetrained companion who is eager to please. She’s a natural heel-walker and is completely devoted to her person. Dragonfly's adoption fee is reduced!

Ideal Home

Dragonfly is a bit wary of young children, so she would do best in a home with teenagers or older. She is curious about cats but learns quickly to respect their space when redirected.

Training & Support

Dragonfly is housetrained and walks beautifully on a leash. She has made incredible progress with men, previously being scared of her foster's husband but now seeking him out for belly rubs. While she prefers her own space during mealtimes, she gets along well with other dogs and loves to play, especially with her beloved ball. Her zoomies are a delightful sight to behold!

Transportation

Dragonfly is located in South Carolina and transport to the Northeast is available weekly. If you are not located along the East Coast, you should be willing to travel to pick up your new companion. Local or virtual meet-and-greets are available with an application on file.
