JOEY

Joey is a super cute, sweet, energetic, and playful pup, approximately 2 years old, with golden tan fur and beautiful green eyes. He loves being with people, snuggling up, and going on walks. Joey lives with foster dog siblings and really enjoys roughhousing with his foster sister, who is larger than him.

Ideal Home

Joey will do best in a home without small pets. He would also enjoy another dog his size or larger to play with. However, this boy would also be fine as an only dog, as he loves people and would appreciate having you all to himself!

Ongoing Health

Joey is heartworm positive and is currently in treatment. He is still adoptable during this time.

Training & Support

Joey walks well on a leash and knows basic commands such as SIT, STAY, and DOWN. He will sit and wait for his food until given the okay to start eating. He is crate trained for both workdays and nights. Joey has not shown any destructive tendencies around furniture when inside.
