Helene means “shining light,” and this adult Husky/Shepherd mix truly exemplifies that with humor and intelligence shining in her two different colored eyes. She loves to play with toys and other dogs and will offer affectionate licks and nuzzles to stationary cats. However, if a cat runs, Helene may give chase. She is a wonderful cuddler, smiles a lot, and is oh, so happy! The more comfortable she gets in her home, the more you’ll hear her husky “talk” – especially if she disagrees with not getting an additional treat. Helene would be a fantastic solo dog or a great companion to an existing pack. Can she be part of your family?

Ideal Home

Helene would be great as a solo dog or as a companion dog to an existing “pack.” She will lick & nuzzle with stationary cats, but will chase them if they run.

Ongoing Health

Helene is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Helene is leash trained and is house-trained. Her husky "talk" may come out, especially if she disagrees with not getting an additional treat.
