Meet Grace! This sweet and bubbly girl is a petite 35 lb Cattle dog/Staffy/Vizsla mix with an estimated birthday of July 1st, 2023. Grace had a tough start to life, being rescued as a stray with her puppies after they were found huddled under a fallen tree in the hot Texas summer. Thankfully, a kind street dog feeder saw their plight and brought them to the rescue. Grace has since made many friends, both human and canine, at the rescue and enjoys playtime, squeaky toys, cuddling with her pup pals, and zoomies!
Ideal Home
Grace has strong herding instincts and loves to be close to her people. She prefers to be part of a group and will "herd" anyone who walks away. She'll thrive in a home with people experienced with herding breeds who understand and can manage these natural tendencies.

Grace is fully vaccinated and spayed.
Training & Support
Grace is kennel trained and potty trained. She is also dog-friendly. Adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.

Transportation
Grace is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and can include pick-up locations in a nearby state. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas. Adopters can track the transport van using the Life360 app and will receive updates along the way. Facebook chats are also available for tracking updates.
