Happy Pappy is a senior gentleman whose name truly suits him, as he's a happy fellow most of the time. He's a devoted companion who loves to be by your side, happily asking for pets and attention. Once he finds a favorite spot, he'll happily stay there, especially if it's where he's fed, just in case more delicious food magically appears! Happy can be a bit set in his ways and prefers his meals and personal space to himself. He's also not a fan of sharing, so he'd likely do best as the only dog in the home. We recommend providing Happy with a designated "decompress" or safe space where he can retreat and reset when he feels overwhelmed or a bit grumpy. He is housetrained, provided he is taken out regularly and you stay with him.
