Alfalfa here! While the name might make you think of a delicious snack for horses, to dog lovers like you, it means a wonderful companion ready to find their forever home! My past was a bit tough, as I was rescued from an extreme hoarding situation. It's been a long journey, but I'm so grateful to the dedicated people who are working tirelessly to save me and so many others.

I can be a little shy when we first meet, but please don't let that deter you! With a little patience, I promise to blossom into a steady and grateful friend. I'm more of a loner and would be perfectly happy as your only furry companion, or with another dog or cat. Trust takes a little time for me, but once I learn to trust you, I'll be a quiet and loving companion, on my own terms. I've been through a lot, and I'm dreaming of a wonderful, patient, laid-back, and quiet family to call my own. Could that be you?
