Pio is a 56-month-old, 35-pound sweetheart with the soul of an old friend. He was found abandoned along a busy highway in Puerto Rico, a place where he tragically lost some of his siblings. Despite this difficult start, Pio's gentle spirit and kind heart remained intact. He's an incredibly calm puppy, content to simply be by your side, soaking up affection and observing the world. Pio has a gentle nature and a sweet way of leaning in for pets, as if making up for lost time. He greets people with a hopeful heart, asking only for a safe place to belong. Pio has already survived the hardest chapter of his life and is now looking for his forever family, a cozy bed, and the promise of never facing the world alone again. He'll reward your kindness with a lifetime of quiet loyalty and unconditional love.
