Debe is a sweet young puppy who has a bit of a medical challenge. He was found with regenerative anemia, which means his body is trying to make new red blood cells, but we don't yet know why. Debe will need some extra special care, including more tests, careful watching, and ongoing medical treatment to figure out what's going on and make sure he stays healthy. This kind of care is a bit much for us to provide long-term here at the shelter.

Even with his condition, Debe is a gentle boy who is doing his very best while getting supportive care. He's looking for a safe, loving home where he can get the medical attention, treatment, and monitoring he needs in a calm environment. This will give him the best shot at a happy and healthy recovery.
