Ignatius

Ignatius is a handsome and boisterous 4-year-old retired racing greyhound. He's a confident, people-focused, energetic, and curious boy who simply loves to live life to the fullest! Ignatius enjoys walks, playing with toys, and engaging with people. With his goofy and high-drive personality, he can be a bit impulsive when excited. He has successfully completed a behavior training program to improve his interactions with other breeds of dogs, showcasing his great ability to learn and his food-motivated nature. While he socializes well with fellow greyhounds, he could use further experience around other breeds, especially smaller ones.

Ideal Home

Ignatius would be best suited for an adopter with prior dog experience who can continue to provide structure, socialization, and further training.

Training & Support

Ignatius has been through a behavior training program and has a great ability to learn. He can be a bit impulsive when excited and would benefit from continued socialization with breeds other than greyhounds. With a little guidance, this handsome boy will make a wonderful companion.
