Meet Palmer! This handsome ~2½-year-old Border Collie mix, weighing in at 62lbs, has been patiently waiting for his forever home. Palmer is happiest when he's active, playing fetch, engaging with his people, and has a purpose to focus on. He’s smart, athletic, and truly thrives when he has room to move.

Palmer would do best in an adult-only household that understands the needs of a driven, intelligent dog and is excited to include him as part of their daily routine.

Palmer recently healed from a significant abrasion to his foot.

Training & Support

Palmer is house-trained and has mastered "sit" and "wait" commands. He loves leash walks, but his exuberance can be a bit overwhelming. With consistency and regular walks, he will surely become a perfect walking companion. He's an intelligent dog who thrives with loving, consistent discipline and clear guidance.
