Nico is a 1-year-old, 12-pound Shih Tzu mix who is as sweet and gentle as can be. He arrived at the shelter in rough shape, needing some serious TLC due to neglect and matting. Despite his past, Nico is a wonderfully affectionate and trusting boy who loves being around people and soaking up attention. He’s a loyal companion who quietly brings so much joy and will make someone’s whole heart happy.
