Meet Cayenne! She's a delightful 2-year-old Lab mix with a playful spirit and a love for a good game of fetch. Cayenne and her sister, Carolina, are quite the pair – one loves to run, and the other loves to play, making them an ultimate dynamic duo! Both girls are highly food-motivated, which makes training a breeze, and they're eager to start their new chapter after being rescued from a high-kill shelter.

Ideal Home

Cayenne would love a home where she can continue to play fetch and be an active part of the family. She can be adopted with her sister, Carolina, or as a solo companion.

Ongoing Health

Cayenne has received all necessary vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, spay/neuter, flea and heartworm prevention, and microchipping.

Training & Support

Cayenne is eager to please and food-motivated, making her a great candidate for continued training. She benefits from understanding that she's a rescue and may need ongoing patience and positive reinforcement as she continues to learn and grow.

Transportation

Cayenne is currently in Angleton, Texas. Transportation is available to many states, including VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN, and OH. AZ is coming soon! Adoption and transportation fees range from $100-$500, with specific rates for Texas adopters. Private transport routes are also available upon request. Animals travel in comfortable, air-conditioned transport buses or vans with onboard attendants. You can follow your pet's journey on a private Facebook Event page. Your adoption coordinator will help you find the nearest pick-up location. For those picking up in Angleton, Texas, there is a $75 fee that includes all vetting.
