Grumpy

My name is Grumpy (but please, PLEASE consider renaming me!). I'm a playful and affectionate baby boy, ready to bring joy and love to my new family. My foster mom named me and my six siblings after the seven dwarves, but I'm no grump at all! I have a curious spirit and I'm always up for adventures, especially if they involve my favorite toys or some good old-fashioned cuddle time. I can turn almost anything into a toy, and sometimes I grab things without realizing I'm not supposed to – how was I supposed to know it was off-limits? I love roughhousing and wrestling with my siblings, and I get excited to play with cats and the senior dog at my foster mom's house. I'm learning my manners, but puppies will be puppies! Stuffed toys are incredibly exciting to me, so much so that I can't help but shred them and toss the stuffing around. I enjoy watching the chickens next door while I soak up the sun, fresh air, and wind.

Ideal Home

I would love a home with a playmate, whether that's another dog, a cat, or a human who loves to play! I can be outside 24/7 as long as I have a playmate and fresh water, but I also enjoy the indoors.

Training & Support

I'm still learning my manners and need continued training. I tend to shred stuffed toys and sometimes grab things I shouldn't. I'm learning to back off when cats tell me they don't want to play.
